Our video content management software consists of three unique modules: Archivist, Searcher, Admin that make your work easier and more efficient.
inStudio Archivist – desktop application used for archiving video resources:
- built-in multimedia player
- enter description and keywords while material is playing
- support for both digital sources and analog tapes
- low resolution previews can be created while archiving or queued for overnight processing
- customized automatic data capture from file name
- automatic and manual keyframes
- many additional functions (e.g. duplication, updating, quick material preview, etc.)

inStudio Searcher – advanced web application for archive searches, providing access to the resources from any Internet browser:
- precise full text search results with the use of keywords or complex criteria
- customizable search result
- quick preview of copies in low resolution with no need to download high quality material
- data can be exported to third party formats such as Final Cut Pro
- easy access to all resources via web browser
- clear and user-friendly interface
